Start to finish, under one roof.
A dream home is usually delivered by a dozen companies who have never met, and every join between them is a place for the vision to leak away. MediaMax removes the joins.
Our architectural designers draw the house, our project directors build it with contractors we have approved, our designers finish it, and our engineers bring it to life, under one contract and one conversation with you. The result is a house designed as a whole, never assembled from parts, and we stay on as the one number to call for as long as you own it.
And if you already have an architect, an interior designer or a contractor you trust, we work alongside them just as gladly. They join the same programme and the same standard, and the single point of accountability still sits with us.

You see your home before we build it.
Nothing at MediaMax is left to the imagination. We talk, we sketch two or three directions, and then we draw the one you choose in photographic detail: the joinery, the fabrics, the light through the window at four in the afternoon. Then we build to that image, so you know exactly what you are getting long before the first trade arrives.

We listen
How you live, what you love, and what the house has to do. The brief comes out of conversation, not a questionnaire.

Two or three concepts
Different answers to the same brief, drawn quickly, so you can react to something real and tell us what is right and what is not.

The image
The chosen direction, rendered room by room. Materials, lighting and furniture are settled here, on screen, where a change of mind costs nothing.

Built to match
The images become the drawings our trades work from and the standard we hand over against. What you approved is what you walk into.
Perfection is not a finish. It is the standard we hold from the first cable to the last calibration.
We put it in writing
A defined scope, a programme you can hold us to, and every drawing, schedule, password and warranty handed over at the end. Nothing lives only in someone's head.
We say no
To the wrong product, the wrong timing and the wrong shortcut, even when yes would be easier. Our advice is worth more than our margin.
We finish
Snagging, commissioning and calibration are the project, not the afterthought. Nothing is handed over until the house performs exactly as drawn.
Privacy
Non-disclosure agreements before the first conversation. Vetted engineers. No photography, publicity or references without your written consent.
Security and resilience
Physical and digital security engineered together, on a segmented network that keeps the cameras, the cinema and the children's devices apart. Redundant connections, protected power and remote monitoring keep the home working through the storm, the power cut and the software update.
