Working with our partner Data Protect UK we provide a service designed to safeguard your vital data from all possible threats either natural or manmade. The unpredictable threats of fire, terrorism, sabotage and natural disasters all highlight the need for secure off site storage. However their service also enhances internal security, accountability and meets and exceeds all statutory requirements including Sarbane Oxley legislation in regards to archiving and storage of data.
Data Protect UK began operating it's service in October 2003, since then, Data Protect UK have grown and now operate their service from two state of the art storage facilities. These buildings store data on behalf of over 300 organisations in Central London and beyond. Furthermore almost 80% of their clients have transferred their business from rival storage companies many of whom have failed to provide a reliable service. In contrast Data Protect UK's flexible service is adapted to each of their customer's individual needs, delivering the highest standards of service and value for money.

All Data Protect UK's libraries are protected by FM200 Gas Fire protection systems.

Located
All items stored with Data Protect UK are bar coded and stored in their libraries. All
items are scanned, using portable bar-code label readers, directly against a storage location. Account access can be made via our web site, so that our Customers know exactly where their data is stored, at all times.
