iStoRA^TM 4000 Disk-to-Disk-to-Tape Appliance

The Breece Hill Information Storage and Retrieval Architecture (iStoRA^TM) is designed to deliver a seamless integration of removable storage, NAS technology, and management software, to meet the needs of Small-to-Medium-Business (SMB) Customers for data replication, backup, archiving, and recovery.

The entry level iStoRA 4000 series integrates 1.5 TB of Serial-ATA disk; from 3 TB of uncompressed removable tape storage in a 1x10 autoloader; and an Intel server motherboard with Gigabit-Ethernet connectivity; all in single easy-to-deploy 4u-high rackmountable enclosure.

Each appliance ships pre-loaded with software to manage file replication from external clients and file migration between disk and tape.
